I recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Genetics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (USA), and I am eager to pursue a career in embryology and reproductive health.
Recent legislative actions in my current state of Alabama, which at one point moved to outright ban access to IVF procedures, have raised questions for me about long-term stability, ethical standards, and patient access within the field domestically.
My family has strong roots in Germany and I have fallen in love with the culture and research environment and could not think of a better place to establish myself.
From speaking with my grandparents I understand basic German. I am actively working on furthering my proficiency in German.
